What is included in my subscription?
IMPORTANT: SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE INTENDED TO BE BY COMPANY , NOT INDIVIDUAL USERS. YOU CAN CREATE ONE ACCOUNT FOR ALL YOUR EMPLOYEES TO USE.

Can I create more than one account?
We created our pricing to be by company, however you are welcome to create multiple accounts for each employee with the subscription of your choice, The benefit of each user having their own account is that they will receive all information emails from our site directly, and they can view their own watch history.
Can I monitor video watch history for my employees?
Yes, go to the upper right corner and use the dropdown to select 'Watch History'
Can I rent videos a la carte or rent video bundles?
Yes. Go to our Catalog at the top of this page, and click on the video of your choice. You will be given an option for a 30-day rental, or to rent the entire related suite for 90 days.
Do you have role-based training?
Yes. You can access the video collections by role by going to the top of the page and selecting from the drop-down menu under 'Role-Based Training'.
How often is content updated?
We have a regular cadence of updating video content, and adding NEW videos to add value to your subscription, so keep checking back! Check out the "What's New" section to see when new or updated videos get added.
Is there a free trial?
All of our videos have a free preview so you can get a glimpse of our content before purchasing. NO REFUNDS will be issued after you commit to subscribing (although you can cancel at any time to stop the next billing from occurring), so please review the site carefully.
Can I cancel at anytime?
To cancel, go to the dropdown at the top right, choose 'Purchases & Payments', click 'Manage' button next to your subscription, and there will be an option to cancel there. You will continue to have access to your membership until the final day of your billing term. Cancelling does not refund your purchase.
