MONTHLY SUBSCRIBER SUPPORT MEETINGS
Our monthly subscriber meetings are the first Tuesday of every month at 1:00 EST. Annual subscription members only. During these meetings, you can bring support questions, process questions, or ask other members for advice. You can also join to hear what questions others are asking. Julie Irvin (Manager, Training & Development) will be on hand to help answer questions. We will have occasional visits from other TrulinX team members, as well.

August 2026: A new chat forum for annual Tribute University subscribers is now Live!
This new online community is designed to give you another way to connect with fellow TrulinX users throughout the month. In the forum, you can:
Ask questions anytime
Share tips, best practices, and solutions
Learn from other TrulinX users
Network with peers facing similar challenges
Get help from Tribute team members
This new forum complements our monthly subscriber Teams meetings by providing a place for ongoing conversation and collaboration between sessions.
In addition to the monthly subscriber Teams meeting the first Tuesday of each month, we're launching a Tuesday Q&A Chat in the forum on the remaining Tuesdays of each month from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Eastern Time.
During these sessions:
A Tribute employee will actively monitor the #Tuesday-QA channel
You'll be able to ask questions in real time
We'll help answer questions and point you to helpful resources, videos, and documentation
